Because our products are natural dog treats and chews, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Megan@keekscupboard.com. We will gladly work with you to make things right.
